※Please read the following precautions before making a reservation.
Dress code
- Smart casual is recommended. We may refuse entry to customers wearing light clothing such as sandals or tank tops.
- When you visit our house, please refrain from wearing strong perfume, fabric softener, etc. If we determine that you may be causing discomfort to other customers, we may refuse you entry.
Cancellation policy
- If you cancel the day before, we will charge you 50% of the menu price (tax inc.), and if you cancel on the day, we will charge you 100% of the menu price (tax inc.).
Notes before reservation
- Due to system specifications, we may not be able to accept reservations for 5 or more people online. In this case, please contact us by phone or email.
- For birthdays and other special occasions, we can offer a special dessert plate with a message for 1,500 yen (Tax inc. As the amount of dessert increases at dinner, this will be an upgraded petit fours). Please let us know if you would like this.
- If you have any allergies or food dislikes, including the details of your companions, please let us know when you make a reservation. If you inform us after arriving at our house, we may not be able to accommodate your request in order to prevent delays in serving dishes to other customers. In that case, we will remove the applicable ingredient or reduce the number of dishes. Also, if there are multiple severe allergies or dislikes, we may charge an additional fee or refuse to serve for safety of our customers. We will respond to inquiries by email.
- There are two reservation times for both lunch and dinner, and we will serve dishes to customers who come around the same time. Also, if you arrive later than the reservation time, with due respect, we may have to reduce the number of dishes.
- It requires 1-2 hours at lunch, 1.5-2.5 hours at dinner. If you have time restrictions, please inform us when making your reservation. In order to prevent delays in serving to dishes to other customers, we may not be able to speed up the service for certain customers.
- All customers are required to order at least one drink.
- Children are required them to be able to eat the same meals as adults (elementary school age and above is recommended).
